About Companion Farewell Services
Companion Farewell Services LLC provides non-medical end-of-life companion services for humans and pets.
Our mission is to support individuals, families, and beloved animal companions through illness, aging, hospice, death, grief, and transition with compassion, dignity, and practical support.
One of our signature services is facilitating meaningful farewell visits between pets and their owners when illness, hospitalization, hospice care, memory care placement, rehabilitation, or death would otherwise prevent that connection.
We also provide death doula services, end-of-life companionship, pet transportation, aftercare coordination, rehoming support, and resource coordination.

These providers operate independently.
Companion Farewell Services LLC is not responsible for their actions, omissions, scheduling, pricing, service quality, licensing, or outcomes.
Any referral is provided as a courtesy and should not be interpreted as a guarantee or endorsement.
Emergency & After-Hours Disclaimer
Companion Farewell Services LLC is not an emergency service provider.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
If your pet is experiencing a veterinary emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
Messages received outside normal business hours may not receive an immediate response.
Submission of a contact form, email, voicemail, or text message does not guarantee immediate assistance or establish a service agreement.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
More than 24 Hours Before Service
Clients may cancel without penalty. Any prepaid fees not yet earned may be refunded, less any nonrecoverable expenses already incurred.
Less than 24 Hours Before Service
Cancellation fees may apply.
Same-Day Cancellations
Services that have already begun, including travel, scheduling, coordination, or provider engagement, may be non-refundable.
Transportation Services
Transportation fees become non-refundable once travel has begun or a driver has been dispatched.
Third-Party Providers
Refund requests involving third-party providers must be directed to the provider responsible for the service.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.
